The Scouts had a fantastic night hike around Newnham on Friday 22nd February, including lots of singing, sweets, and an ambush from the Young Leaders! They walked about 6 miles, learnt some army drill (care of James!) and showed off their map reading skills (some had more to show off than others!)
We then came back to the Centre, watched Finding Nemo and ate hot dogs, before going to sleep about 1.30am!
A brilliant night was had by all, and everyone attending gained 1 night and 1 hike away!
Well done everyone - and thank you to all the leaders, young leaders and helpers who came along!
